Q: Why should I not list with a realtor?
A: Well of course you can, but there are many benefits to selling with us instead
a) As shown in the example on the home page, selling with a realtor is going to, conservatively, cost you 15% of your home's value.
b) No open houses with strangers poking through your privacy.
c) You don't have to wait for an offer which could take months to receive one offer, even longer to receive a fair or decent offer.
d) We don't require bank approval to receive financing. Therefore, we can close whenever you want, in a few days or as long as you want.
e) We can buy your house in the next three business days, while a realtor needs to receive a fair offer which can take months, and wait for that buyer to get approved for a mortgage and actually close, which will take a minimum of 6 weeks, and perhaps much, much longer, all the while your are paying holding costs to sell your house! And what happens if your first buyer falls through? You have to go through the process all over again from square one!
